Welcome to the Main web
This is the "Main" web. It is a bit of a misnomer because it is mainly for:- a repository for user information
- the definition of Wiki Groups, used for access control
- Site Preferences, which override Default Preferences) and apply to all other webs on the site.
- Inter Wikis -- links into other wiki sites.

- WelcomeGuest - for first time visitors
- Registration - become a Cogwiki user
- Wiki Users - list of users of this Cogwiki site
- Wiki Groups - list of groups used for access control
- Web Topic List - all topics in alphabetical order
- Web Changes - recent topic changes in this web
- Web Notify - subscribe to an e-mail alert sent when topics change
- Web Rss, Web Atom - RSS and ATOM news feeds of topic changes
- Web Preferences - preferences of this web
